What happens when I cancel my membership?

Breakdown of what happens after cancelling. Current access, renewal/auto-renew status, outstanding monthly payments, and what happens on the cancellation date.

Cancelling your membership doesn't end your access immediately. Here's exactly what to expect:

Your access right now

You keep full access to your membership and all included courses for the rest of your current paid period.

Your renewal date

Cancelling turns off auto-renewal. Your membership simply won't renew when it next comes up. If you change your mind, you can renew your membership at the end of your access period. We will reach out when you're near the end of your membership access, in case you forget.

Outstanding payments

If you pay monthly, any remaining payments in your current 12-month term are still due and will continue to be taken as scheduled. Cancelling stops the next term from starting, not the term you're already in.

When you reach your cancellation date

Once your current paid period ends, your membership access ends too. You'll no longer be able to access included courses through your membership.

Courses you've purchased outside your membership

Any courses you've bought separately (not through your membership) aren't affected by cancelling your membership and will still be accessible via your 'My Courses' page on our platform.
