Renewing your membership
Your membership is set to renew automatically by default, so there's nothing you need to do to keep it running.
Your renewal date
You can see your next renewal date on your accounts page. We'll also send you a reminder 30 days before your membership is due to renew, so there are no surprises.
Cancelling your membership
Cancelling stops your membership from renewing for another 12 months. If you pay monthly, your remaining payments for the current term will continue as scheduled - cancelling doesn't stop those, only the renewal into a new 12-month period.
Pausing your membership
It is not possible to pause your membership. You can cancel the membership, which stops the renewal, but there is no way to pause an already actived membership.
Steps to cancel
Log in to your accounts page
Go to 'Manage Membership'
View your status
Select 'Cancel Membership'
What happens to your access
Cancelling doesn't remove your access straight away - you'll keep your membership and included courses until the end of your current paid period, provided your payments are up to date. For the full breakdown of what happens at each stage, see here.
