Assignments are a key part of the Expert level experience, giving you the chance to apply what you've learned and get personalised feedback from your tutor.
Create View
Set your view to create to edit your assignment and upload files.
We try to save your work if we detect any changes made, but double-check you see the saved checkmark before you exit the lesson. See the example we have below.
If you do not see the saved checkmark, please set the view to preview.
Previewing Your Assignment
Set your view to preview to save your assignment and show you how it will look to the tutor once it has been submitted.
Submitting Your Assignment
Once you're happy with your work, submit it directly from the classroom. You can do this by clicking the Submit Assignment button or the 'Submit now' text located at the bottom of the assignment section.
Note: We do not have a resubmission function, so please make sure that the work you submit is the complete version.
Tutor Access Deadline
Note: This deadline does not affect course access.
You can view your remaining tutor access in the 'My Courses' page.
Before you enter the classroom, you can see the remaining days left on your tutor access. You will know that your access has run out when the countdown is greyed out.
Viewing Tutor Feedback
Note: Only expert learners are eligible for tutor feedback.
Once your tutor has reviewed your assignment, you'll be notified and can view their feedback in the classroom.
All learners in the classroom can reply or react to the feedback provided and engage further with the tutor.
Expected turnaround
Tutors aim to return feedback within 3 business days, but this may vary depending on the course.
