Lifetime access
Most Learning with Experts courses include lifetime access, allowing you to revisit lessons whenever you like for the entire duration in which we host the course.
Tutor support (Expert Level only)
If you've enrolled at Expert level, you'll also get a defined period of tutor support, including feedback on assignments and direct messaging with your tutor.

When can I start my course and how long will it take?
You can start your course at any time within 12 months of purchase. Once you begin, you’ll have lifetime access, so you can revisit lesson videos and notes whenever you like.
Courses are designed to fit around your schedule, allowing you to learn at your own pace. Each lesson video is typically 30–40 minutes, and we recommend around an hour for each assignment.
What should I expect once I have purchased a course?
You'll receive a confirmation email
After completing your purchase, we'll send you a confirmation email containing your order details and a link to your My Courses area.
Note: You will have to verify your email during the first sign-in
Your course will appear in My Courses
Your purchased course will be available in your My Courses area.
If you can't see it, please contact our support team.
Accessing your classroom
Your course will appear under My Courses in your account. From there, you can enter the classroom and begin learning.
