The video is buffering, what should I do?

You shouldn't have problems with your video lessons but if you do try the following:

Pause the video at the start to allow it to download fully, then to try and watch it again.
Try refreshing your browser
Logging out and logging back in again
Access the video via the online browser Google Chrome. Our videos run best on there.
