I want a refund, how do I get it?

If you are dissatisfied with your class within the first seven days of starting the first video then Learning with Experts will refund you the full amount for your purchase. You will then no longer be granted access to the classroom or course content.

Please note - we can not refund customers who have begun their second lesson.

We will respond to your request within seven days and fulfil successful requests within thirty days.

Please also note - refunds are not available for accounts that have violated the terms of service; violations are determined at Learning with Experts’ sole discretion. If Learning with Experts determines that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of our services without delivering a refund. Refunds are subject to the processing times of our payment providers.
